Charge: $24.50/Hr

Services Provided:

If necessary manage new Payroll PEO implementation and train all employees and managers on usage effectively

Perform payroll-related data entry functions such as processing new hires, terminations, status changes, tax changes, wage garnishments, deductions, direct deposit changes

Process and review trial payroll for accuracy according to established payroll schedule prior to submitting trial payroll for approval

Review post processing payroll reports

Provide all required payroll reports to finance after each payroll and at month-end

Maintain payroll tax spreadsheet

Prepare manual checks as needed

Create ad-hoc payroll reports

Maintain employee payroll records for PTO plans such as vacation, purchased vacation and paid absence time

Respond to employee inquiries concerning pay deductions, wage garnishments, child support payments, bonus adjustments, and employment verifications

Reconcile timecards for contract employees and send to staffing agencies to ensure contract employees are paid correctly

Review and approve invoices from hourly staffing agencies to ensure hours billed match the actual hours worked

Reconcile all payroll submissions accurately; Run Gross-to-Net Report per period

Assist with the development and implementation of payroll practices, policies, and procedures

Serve as support for payroll-related special projects; Custom Headcount and Budget Reports

Knowledge of various Cloud-Based Payroll PEO Systems; ADP, Oasis Workforce, Paychex, Workday, UltiPro, Ceridian

Knowledge of implementations - managed/completed 5 successfully

Knowledge of various interface ERP Systems; SAP, Oracle, JDE, HFM

Knowledge of Microsoft 365 - Use daily
